Pepper Bay's Kampot Gardens showroom spices up tuol Kork
Pepper Bay – producer of organic Kampot pepper and other spices – last Tuesday opened its Kampot Gardens in Phnom Penh.
The Tuol Kork showroom displays and sells a wide range of home-grown spices produced by Pepper Bay’s farm in Kampot, such as organic black, red and white Kampot pepper, green Kampot pepper in brine, long pepper and spice mixes. Situated in a house in which few pepper trees have been planted, a team of spice specialists at Kampot Gardens provide a comprehensive history of spices, especially Kampot pepper.
Pepper Bay CEO Severine Gagneraud said: “We put a lot of effort into the creation of new products, not only Kampot pepper products but also other spices, while guaranteeing a very high level of quality. A lot of world-renowned chefs like to innovate, so they are therefore looking for different products.”
Kampot Gardens – house #1 street 323, Tuol Kork, Phnom Penh
