Organic black Kampot pepper comes from selected sun dried, green berries. It has an intense taste, with hints of mint and eucalyptus, softwood and lilac perfumes.
Organic green Kampot pepper in brine is green Kampot pepper cured with Kampot salt in a special recipe which preserves all the flavours of fresh Kampot pepper.
Organic red Kampot pepper comes from mature berries. It notes of rose and muguet flowers are balanced with flavours of eucalyptus and citrus.
Organic white Kampot pepper comes from yellow and red berries, dried in the sun after removing the skin. It has a refreshing flavour of eucalyptus and citrus, with overtones of fresh grass.
