Organic red long pepper is grown and processed on our farm by applying some Kampot pepper techniques. The first taste is sweet, and then releases notes of mint, cocoa, gingerbread and hot spices on the palate.

Organic red Kampot pepper comes from mature berries. It notes of rose and muguet flowers are balanced with flavours of eucalyptus and citrus.

Organic red long pepper flowers are a unique product of Pepper Bay. The long pepper fruit is harvested at a special maturation phase, sliced by hand, and then sun dried. The first taste is sweet, followed by notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, and cardamom.

Organic samot pepper is a green variety grown on our farm in Kampot with the same techniques as Kampot pepper. It is sun dried in Kampot salt, giving it a notable crunch.
